Looking for someone to rent my apartment while I’m away!

Large, clean, fully furnished west village studio (more like a one bedroom with no wall). The apartment comes with a queen bed, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stove, TV, steamer and WiFi. I also have lots of plants to brighten up the space.

Location: At a beautiful location right at Hudson and Charles within walking distance of all the best shops, cozy cafes and restaurants West Village has to offer. The street is quiet but if you turn the corner you’re in the heart of a buzzy and lively area ! It is extremely convenient: 5 min walk to the PATH and the 1, and a 10 min walk to the ACE.

Building details: Dishwasher in the apartment and laundry in the basement. 3 flight walk up. There’s a courtyard in the back shared between the other buildings.

Open to flexible dates between January - March. Price includes all utilities including internet and cleaning fees.
