Hello! I'm subletting my room for 2 months. I absolutely love my room and I hope you will too. Here are the details

🏠 The apartment:
- 3 blocks from the Dekalb L, 10 mins walk from the M at knickerbocker, (cross streets are Irving & stockholm)
- 3rd floor walk-up
- 3 bed, 1 bath
- We've put a lot of effort into making the house super homey and cozy, there are lots of warm lights, a huge tv & comfy couch, all the things for hosting a little dinner party, our christmas tree is still up (don't judge), plants, and a big skylight
- has a dishwasher!
- does not have a washer/dryer (we use the laundromat around the corner
- We keep things clean! We take care of our dishes after cooking, run the dishwasher when it gets full. Things are pretty tidy around the house and we do our part as cleaning stuff comes up. We'd expect you to do your part with taking out the trash and giving the bathroom a quick wipedown when it needs it.

🤎 My room:
- the biggest room in the house
- facing away from the street (quiet)
- Queen bed
- wfh setup that you can use (monitor, wifi, desk, printer)

👯‍♀️ The roomates:
- 2 very sweet girls in their mid-20s
- we have a friendly atmosphere in the house. All of us are busy so it's rare that we're all home at once, but when we are we love to chat and gossip
- Gaby: will watch gossip girl with you and share a bottle of wine
- Nadia: will tell u about her latest date and ask you amazing questions about your life
- sometimes there is a very old cat named Dila who stays with us, she's not here right now though. But when she is she does enjoy coming into my room and sitting in front of the heater
- Our house vibe is more relaxing after work than big parties. We usually say goodby to friends & guests around 11 so everyone can get to sleep on time.
