We are the leaseholder, the sublease has been approved by our landlord. We are married and both work in music and will leave to Nashville for work for some time.
It's a beautiful space with the most gorgeous views and we will miss it terribly, but hope it will bring someone else as much joy as it does us.

There are no roommates and the home, pool and hot tub and outdoor space will be all yours.
The music recording studio has its own entrance and you are free to bring your clients to work - just be mindful that this is a residential space.
