The apartment features 1 bedroom, with the other converted into a cozy movie room complete with a comfortable couch and projector. Additionally, there's a sunlit dining nook.

Not pictured for security reasons is the spacious and large outdoor dining table, all within the fully gated yard.

Other amenities include a laundry room complete with washer dryer. A comfortable queen-size bed, high-speed WiFi ideal for remote work, Viking, Breville, KitchenAid appliances in the kitchen with a dishwasher, and a selection of chef’s pans and knives. Plus, the shower has a filtered shower head for a luxurious experience.

Available april 1 and preference is for multi month stays
