I'm looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 3-bedroom apartment, either as a long-term sublet or to take over the lease (10 months left, with the option to renew!).

-- About the apartment:
Located on the 3rd floor, it’s a 3 bed / 1 bath with central heat, a dishwasher, and an electronic doorman. A/C units are included in every room. We're super close to all the best bars, restaurants, and coffee shops in bushwick. Less than 5 min walk from the train. Perfect for someone who loves being out and about!

-- About the current roomies:
Gabby (28) works in marketing, Emma (25) is a graphic designer, and I’m a gallery artist liaison — though I’ll be moving out soon. We’re all close friends who love a mix of going out, cozy nights in, and hosting dinner parties here and there. Everyone works hybrid, but since we all have boyfriends, apartment is actually pretty empty most of the time!

Mid to late 20s

Female preferred (but of course LGBTQ+ friendly!)

Kind, bubbly, respectful, and easygoing

Tidy!

Ideally no pets

A creative is a plus ✨

About This Lister

I'm always out and about, working in the art world keeps me busy with shows, openings, and events. When I’m not doing that, I’m usually spending time with my friends, my boyfriend, or on my little side projects and hobbies. My roommates are pretty much the same, everyone has their own thing going on, but we really get along and love sharing time when we can.

The living room stays tidy. We have a loose cleaning schedule that we all try to stick to. That said, we’re super chill and happy to help each other out if someone falls behind. it’s definitely about team work.

We’re all pretty considerate. no one stays up too late, and we're always mindful about noise, especially during the week.
