Hello! We're looking for someone to take over our current lease from our departing roommate. The current lease term runs through August, with the option to renew on an annual basis.

The open room measures 11’ 3” x 7’ 9” (91 sqft) and faces a quiet, sunny residential street.

While the bedroom is the smallest of the three in the apartment, we try to accommodate this with an additional, dedicated closet that's right outside the room, and the apartment's common spaces are very spacious with lots of room to spread out, lots of light, and high ceilings. Our rent division is also proportional to our room sizes!

This apartment unit is 1 of 3 in our building and on the second floor (walk-up). We have very kind neighbors, and there are some very talented musicians who live in the unit below (pianist, saxophonist, and trumpeter). They’re very respectful and keep practicing to daytime hours!

About This Lister

We’re Natasha (29) and Naomi (28), and we're looking for someone to join our space and share the occasional home-baked good.

We both work full-time in publishing and technology, with hybrid office / WFH schedules.

Our schedules keep us pretty busy, but we've developed a compatible rhythm with our shared space, share domestic responsibilities with the help of some chore charts, and we aren't shy about communicating openly!

As extroverted-introverts, we like our down-time but also enjoy hearing about each other's days and swapping stories. We enjoy baking (and sharing our baking) and hosting the occasional book club or dinner party.

We like to keep a clean, comfortable, warm space. If you do too, please reach out! LBGTQ+ friendly, please.

While the room will be vacant and available to move in starting March 1st, we're flexible to a later date. :)

- Proof of income
- Last 2 months bank Statement
- Picture ID
- Social Security Number
- Recent credit report ran online.
- Proof of last 12 months rent payment.

Some notes:
- Unfortunately, our landlord does not accept guarantors
- Utilities (Optimum, ConEd, National Grid) are not included
- Available for move-in starting March 1 (flexible)

Pets Policy

Our building allows pets with a refundable, one-time security deposit of $500.
