Rental requirements

As this is a lease re-assignment, you will need to fully apply through The Ashland directly to take over this lease in full.

- Please note that qualifying applications must demonstrate a total annual household income of at least 40x the monthly rent. A guarantor must demonstrate 80x the monthly rent.

You may apply in-person or by submitting application and all supporting documents online. Note you may be contacted by a representative from our company following the submittal of your application.

EACH APPLICANT/GUARANTOR must submit the following within Two days of applying:

1. Completed APPLICATION & AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE RECORDS

2. Non-refundable APPLICATION FEE of $20.00 PER APPLICANT and PER GUARANTOR via credit card

3. BANK STATEMENTS from your checking and savings or asset accounts specifying your name and address

4. PROOF OF INCOME may be submitted in the following forms:

i. two (2) recent, consecutive paystubs
1. recent Employment Letter or
2. recent tax returns stating Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) or
3. an Offer Letter (assuming start date is not more than 45 days in the past) or
4. CPA/CFA Letter stating either AGI or Net Worth or
5. recent W2

You must pay first month's rent and security deposit by way of online payment, certified check or money order payable to BAM GO DEVELOPERS LLC within 48 hours after notification that your application has been approved.
