My room in my beautiful home in the historic Angelino Heights section of Echo Park is coming available for February 1st. It is a three-story home with a private backyard pool and hot tub, as well as a lower level recreation room with a pool table and music rehearsal space. Available bedroom is on the upper level, with a hallway bathroom shared with just one other person. Middle level has large kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, two refrigerators) and dining area, laundry room, living area, and balcony. It's really an amazing and unique space and we're just looking for the right person to join the household! There are 4 other bedrooms (all currently filled) and 3 dogs living here. Looking for someone kind, clean, and respectful who would also enjoy living in a home with musicians and creatives.

About This Lister

You will be taking over my room. I am a musician and two of the people remaining in the home are my bandmates! They and the other residents all work in creative fields and/or the service industry. Everyone in the home likes to have fun, use the space and entertain, but also prefer to maintain a clean and well-maintained home environment. The ideal member of this household is easy-going but very neat, and happy to live in a large shared home with lots of people and animals but also lots of amazing amenities!
