Interested tenants will need to submit an online application form for vetting. Afterwards, they will sign a lease takeover contract.
The application is provided by the landlord and is a free and seamless process.
The target move-in date is July 1.
There is no broker fee, but a one-month security deposit is required upfront, in line with New York State rental regulations.
