We’re helping our landlord find new tenants to take over our lease in the heart of Williamsburg, as we’re moving to a different unit within the building. We're looking for tenants who are quiet and respectful without pets.

We would also like to sell some of our furniture, which was selected specifically for the unit and fits the space nicely (optional). This is a lease takeover (subject to landlord approval). We’re happy to share photos, answer questions, and help facilitate a smooth transition.

We've lived in this space for 2 years and have no real incentive to do a lease takeover besides the fact that we would like to add another respectful and great tenant to our building and help out our landlord. We love the building so much that we are just transferring to a different unit!
