Looking for someone to take over my lease for a one-bedroom apartment at 130E 4th St in the East Village.

The apartment has hardwood floors, high ceilings and classic prewar details. The living area gets beautiful natural light throughout the day and the bedroom comfortably fits a full or queen bed.

On a great East 4th block in the heart of downtown, close to restaurants, cafés and multiple subway lines - yet the apartment itself feels very quiet and calm.

There is a separate kitchen with stainless steel appliances and cabinet storage, plus a windowed bathroom.

Last year I installed a made-to-measure IKEA closet system in the bedroom (approximately $2,000 including installation and mirrored doors). It is in excellent, like-new condition, fits the space perfectly and the mirrors make the room feel larger. I’d be happy to leave it for around $900 if desired.

The building has a super who is responsive and quick to address maintenance requests.
