We are two architects living and working in New York. We've been living in this apartment for the past 2.5 years and absolutely love it, it’s the best apartment we’ve found in New York and will be very sad to leave it. We are moving out of the country and are looking to pass on this gem of a space to a lucky next tenant. The building is managed by a fantastic management company who are very responsive.
