- sunny little bedroom + cute apartment with two roommates who are actors/musicians.
- dishwasher in apt, laundry and gym in the basement, roof access.
- $1,100/mo + utilities
- will need a guarantor 80x the rent or personal income 40x the rent with good credit

Also, I am down to leave the closet racks and bed if interested!

My roommates and I keep the apartment clean and are respectful of all the shared spaces, as well as each other's belongings. Very chill, friendly roommates who have busy schedules and work in the arts. This apartment is a great fit for someone looking to be close to multiple train options, grocery stores, local coffee shops, and green spaces (only two blocks from Prospect Park!)

The apartment building itself has a lot of other friendly tenants and shared spaces to take advantage of, including a laundry room, gym, roof access, and basement lounge - really great value for the price. I have enjoyed living here! Looking for someone who will love it, too.
