I am the leaseholder for this unit for 1.5 years and I have absolutely enjoyed my time in LIC, specially because of the building ameneties and the access to Manhattan, Astoria & Flushing.

Now, I am planning to movin to be a 2 bedroom apartment with my partner, and hence looking for someone to take over my lease.

Either I or my girlfriend will be showing the space.

• Copy of ID
• Proof of income (either in two most recent paystubs, or tax form from 2024)
• Record of last six months’ rent payment.
• Landlord Reference letter

• Security deposit of 1 month of rent, which should be refunded at the end of the lease

Need to contact the building about pet polciies and need to declare the pet to the building.
