This newly renovated apartment boasts amenities such as an in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and wine fridge, and also has plenty of separation between private spaces. It has an open, spacious feel with hardwood floors, tons of storage and closet space. You’ll also have shared rooftop access and multiple WFH setups of mine that you’re welcome to share. The apartment is fully furnished aside from your bedroom, and my current roommate is open to selling bedroom furniture if you’re interested (bed, dresser, shoe cabinet, etc.).

The building itself features an elevator, a virtual doorman, and a responsive super/management company. The tenants are friendly – a healthy mix of young professionals, families, and some residents who have lived here for over 20 years. Pets are allowed, making it a great home for animal lovers.

Located in the heart of ‘J Bushwick,’ the apartment is just one block from Broadway, with grocery stores, wine stores, and the subway all within a 5-minute walk. The area is a beautiful, tree-lined avenue, with the J/Z train a 5-minute walk away, the M train a 10-minute walk, and the L train a 15-minute walk. Various bus lines, including several routes on the pilot ‘free rides’ program, are easily accessible, and there are 3 Citi Bike stations within a 5-minute walk. ‘Central Bushwick’ is a 10-15 minute walk away, offering plenty of entertainment and dining options.

The lease takeover is from my current (and wonderful) roommate who is unfortunately moving out of state. Move-in date is flexible, between 8/15 and 9/1. Our lease ends on 6/30/25, and this year’s renewal came with an increase of only $100 in total. The lease takeover is subject to application and building approval, and a security deposit of one month’s rent plus the first month’s rent is due at lease signing. Shorter-term renters are fine but will be responsible for finding a new tenant to take over the lease.
