About This Lister

I’ve been living in this apartment for my second year now, and I truly love it. I’m only moving because I unexpectedly found my dream apartment in Brooklyn and decided to take that opportunity.
The building is wonderful — very attentive doormen, well-maintained common areas, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Roosevelt Island itself is calm, green, while still feeling closely connected to Manhattan.
This has been a great home for me, and I’m hoping to find someone who will enjoy it just as much and take over the lease.
