The apartment is spacious, on the top floor of a four floor walk up. It is furnished with all essential items for artists, freelancers, or designers in town for a short period of time. The building does not allow any pets. There are two amazing laundromats one block from the apartment with affordable drop-off service. The apartment is near main train stations- Grand St (B,D), Bowery (J), and Delancey/Essex (F,M,J, Z).

I am a freelancer working in wine importing and fashion sales; so I travel a lot. The apartment is my personal space which I look to provide as a more affordable stay option for other freelancers in the city for short periods of time.
