I am a filmmaker and artist, originally from Seattle, and I've lived in New York for about 8 years (in this apartment for over 3).

I'm leaving the state for about 6 months for a new project. While I'm sad to part with my space (even for a little bit), I'm excited to find the right person to fill it while I'm gone!

The neighbors are quiet and the landlord is responsive.
