My apartment is a little secret in the middle of Hollywood. You're just a few blocks from Sunset Blvd, five minutes to the Walk of Fame, the Chinese and Egyptian theatres, Arclight and all the iconic attractions - but the apartment and building itself feel like a garden enclave.

The space itself is big -- about 1200 sq ft -- with high ceilings, original ironwork, light streaming through the french windows all day long. There's character everywhere, bay windows, big closets and the original tiled bathroom with both a tub and separate shower.

Out front, you've got a yard with an orange tree so full of fruit that people literally stop on the sidewalk to take pictures. Out back, there's a little stoop where I like to have coffee, plus the laundry room and a dedicated parking spot that connects right to the yard.

It's fully furnished and ready to go: a king-size organic mattress, a George Nelson daybed couch, a big work/dining table, and a 55" OLED 4k TV with every streaming service known to man, plus blazing fast internet. There's AC in the bedroom, central heat, and plenty of storage.

The neighborhood is central, walkable and fun -- you've got the mix of classic LA landmarks and local spots that makes Hollywood young and weird.

Available month-to-month, or longer if you're looking for some stability (the place will be available through at least 2026, possibly longer)
