A penthouse apartment in an elevator building, the place is spacious, comes with a beautiful view of Marcus Garvey Park, is fully furnished with everything you might need, and in a great neighborhood nearby the express 2/3. There's a nice restaurant and cool bar on the corner, grocery stores and cafes less than a 5-minute walk away.

I am a journalist and documentary filmmaker renting this apartment. I’ve lived in this spot for the past five years but with increasing travel for work, have been subletting it out a bunch in the past year. It's such a beautiful, happy apartment, and I love living there. I love giving recs of things to do in the area!
