I'm subletting my parlor floor apartment while I'm away teaching out of state. Located on one of the best blocks in Bed-Stuy, steps away from the G train, laundry, great coffee, bakeries, restaurants and Herbert Von King park.

I use it as my home as well as my studio space and I'm also the landlord of the building.

I'm looking for someone who will be respectful of my space as well as my neighbors. Ideally you can stay for the entire duration.
