We have a cute light-filled one-bedroom in South Brooklyn (Flatbush/Ditmas Park border).

Our spot is spacious and bright with a portable washer and a tub. No pets and many plants. We have a double bed and a foldable cot in case you have a child or guest staying with you. We also have a projector for watching movies!

We're super close to the Q/B Newkirk Av stop, a short walk to the 2/5. The vibrant Cortelyou Rd is a short walk away. The neighborhood is filled with Victorian mansions that are dreamy to walk through.

Seeking someone for June/July, but flexible on start/end dates per the listing. We are looking for subletters for 2 months minimum, so please do not write requesting a week-long stay.

Rent includes all utilities.
