Hello! I've lived in this special apartment for almost 10 years, raised my kids here and LOVE this building and neighborhood.

Initial Payments: The proposed new tenant must provide payment of first month’s rent and a security deposit prior to assuming tenancy.
Background and Financial Screening: The proposed tenant must undergo a thorough background and financial screening at their expense.
No Smoking Policy: The new tenant must agree to a strict no-smoking policy within the apartment unit.
No Pets Policy: No pets shall be allowed in the unit under the new tenancy.
Early Termination: In the event that the individual assuming the lease subsequently attempts to terminate the lease prior to the end of its term, all monies being held (including but not limited to first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and security deposit) will be forfeited. No refund will be issued under such circumstances.
Liability for Personal Property: In the event that the individual assuming the lease vacates the premises for any reason whatsoever, we are not responsible for storing, securing, or safeguarding any of their personal belongings. We will not be held liable for any adverse events, including but not limited to, loss, theft, or damage to their property.
