I'm subletting my beautiful, fully-furnished 1-bedroom apartment. The apartment is on the top floor or a pre-war building, with windows in every room, including 3 large windows in the bedroom, also home to my California King bed. There's AC in the living room and bedroom, a bathtub, and washer/dryer in the basement with easy elevator access.

The location is great - near Church Ave and Ocean Ave, just 5 minutes to the B & Q trains and 10 minutes to Prospect Park. You'll have 24-hour produce markets, Caribbean food, convenience stores, clothing and wine shops all within walking distance. The neighborhood is in the heart of Afro-Caribbean Diasporic life, so it can get loud sometimes, but the community is warm and my building neighbors are really friendly and helpful.

I'm hoping to find someone who will take good care of my home, who will especially respect my Buddhist altar.
