Art Studios for Sublet
Hi, I am a painter heading out of town for most of December and January and would love to sublet my space to you. I will move my things aside you so you have ample space to work.
The building is Mohilef Studios, located in Downtown Los Angeles and is home to many well-known professional artists. There is a gated parking lot with security.
- In DTLA just off the 10 freeway
- Studio located on 2nd floor (There are about 5 studios per floor)

- Freight elevator as well as staircases

About This Lister
My name is Sedona Cohen, I am a painter and recently moved from NYC to LA this year. I don't have too many pieces of work in my studio right now because I only recently moved in. I would prefer an artist on the cleaner side but of course some mess is to be expected and totally fine with me as long as you are able to clean up the space afterwards. I am close to many people in the building so if you ever need anything, just reach out. Everyone in the building is very friendly. Additionally, if you ever need any maintenance help, I can give you the numbers to contact. I am good friends with the owner of the studio so there will always be smooth communication.

I would love to have a practicing artist in the space, someone who can respect my working area and hopefully benefit greatly from having time in this space.
1 month rent upfront to secure the space. If you are already located in Los Angeles I am open to showing you the space beforehand.
There will also be a sublet agreement to be signed.
