Red Hook is a uniquely charming neighborhood, and especially lovely in the autumn season. This is a peaceful, well maintained building - mostly families, mature artists, & professionals. Subletters must be respectful of these standards; please treat my space with utmost care, and with consideration for my wonderful neighbors.
I am a multidisciplinary artist working in painting and sculpture, and the loft is my live/work space. I will be away for an artist residency. I also have a shared ceramics studio nearby in Red Hook; if you are a ceramicist (or looking to experiment) and want to factor in this option, happy to discuss!
*Dates can be flexible; preference given to longer stays*
No smoking, no parties whatsoever. Low maintenance /bi-monthly plant watering, or can be arranged with a neighbor.
All utilities included. $1000 refundable deposit, personal reference, and sublease agreement required.
More photos/info available upon request. If you are interested, please tell me about yourself, why you are seeking a sublet, and why you think this space could be a good fit. Thank you !
