It’s an upper unit of a gorgeous craftsman home with an in unit washer/dryer, newly renovated kitchen, and walking distance from Echo Park Lake and Silver Lake Flea. Parking is plentiful and never an issue.

Can come furnished with a full mattress, desk, and/or bedside tables OR unfurnished. Walk-in closet/nook and built in closet.

You’d be sharing the house with a non-profit professional and artist in her mid-20’s. We spend a lot of time in our home cooking, nesting, and creating so we like to keep it clean and cozy.
