Come make your EP in our house! We're subletting a room and full bathroom in our bright, spacious one-story (2bed) house in Expo Park for the month of October.

You'd have a bedroom with plenty of storage, a memory foam mattress, a private full bathroom (shower + bath), and access to our music equipment while we're away (iMac, mics, keyboards, monitors, etc)

Outside is a spacious front porch with seating, a lovely garden, and a selection of fruit trees (lemons, pomegranates, blackberries, grapes + oranges... ready in October!)

Incredibly central location (10 mins from DTLA, 15 mins to Culver, 25 mins to the beach). Long driveway with room for your car; close to LA Metro E Line (Expo/Vermont).

You'd be living with a friendly, generous musician in her late 20s and an adorable cat. We unfortunately can't accommodate any extra pets.
