You'll be walking distance from all the spots on and near Figueroa (Glorias, Highland Park Bowl, Gold Line, The Lodgeroom, etc!).

My brother and I bought this home a few years ago and have loved living here! My brother -- a furniture designer -- and his girlfriend -- a teacher -- now live in the front house.

We're open to short-term or longer-term renters (preference is for a year+)
