Right off the bedroom is an in-unit washer and dryer. The recently-renovated bathroom features a rain shower and ample storage.

The secondary bedroom includes a full size platform bed with linens, oak desk, blackout curtains, and a walk-in closet. An additional open-plan window-facing office, with an Eames soft pad desk chair, is adjacent to the living room. It’s a charming space to work in.

The living room is the standout with a Danish sofa facing an Apple TV-connected flat-screen. Two bentwood lounge chairs look out through three grand windows framed by sheer drapery. The fireplace is decorative only.

Feel free to open all the windows and enjoy cross breezes throughout the apartment. There are AC units in the kitchen and primary bedroom. We also have a portable dehumidifier in the closet, but it rarely gets used.
