I am looking to rent my furnished 1-bedroom starting in mid/late April (I have some flexibility) for 2-4 months while I travel. Details:
* Lots of light
* Fully furnished - including linens, etc
* Dishwasher
* Washer/dryer in-unit
* All utilities included - electricity, water, high-speed FIOS internet
* 5th floor of an elevator building
* Quiet street/building - only 2 units per floor

I will also provide a cleaning service once a month and will work with you to schedule that.
