Looking for someone to take the remainder of the lease for our 3br/2.5bath townhouse in Bushwick! You'll have the option to renew at the end of the lease. This apartment is absolutely stunning with super high ceilings and huge windows throughout. It gets so much light at all times of the day! We rent directly from the owners of this home, so we’re looking to find respectful tenants who will care for the space!

You would be taking the last 2 months of our lease from May 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026, with the option to renew with the owners at the end of the lease!

Also note that the dining table actually belongs to the owners and they've been letting us use it. So the dining table will stay in the unit through the end of the current lease. When you renew the lease, you can ask them to remove it if you don't want to use it!
I'm a comedian/actress and I've lived in this apartment with my sister for the past 2.5 years! We absolutely love living here and are sad to be leaving, but we decided that we want to get our own apartments!

Combined household income must be at least 40x the rent ($220,000). Each tenant will need to provide the following documents:
- Proof of income
- Previous year’s tax return
- 2 - 3 months of bank statements
- Each tenant will need to provide 1 reference that the landlord can call to ask about you. (When I applied, I just put a coworker down as my reference)
After we review these documents from you, we’ll introduce you to the owners via email. If the owners accept your documents, they’ll run a credit check on their end which I believe will have a fee of $20 per person.
A $5500 security deposit will also be required to sign the lease
Dogs and cats are allowed! Not sure about other pets - you'd have to ask the owners, but they are pretty chill!
