The space is modern while still feeling warm and cozy, with great natural light, central A/C, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. The apartment is technically a 2 bed / 2 bath, but the primary bedroom and bathroom will be closed off during the sublet, so we’re listing it as a 1 bedroom. Open to negotiating on price.

Our building is small and intimate with only 5 units and a shared rooftop with 360-degree views. The neighborhood feels residential and relaxed but is home to lots of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants like Speedy Romeo, Clementine Bakery, Izzy Rose, and Hartley's. Fort Greene Park - our favorite - is about a 20-minute walk away.
