The apartment comes furnished with a kitchen table (oak), plush couch, bed, bedside tables, dresser, and coffee table. Some elements may be negotiable if you’d rather not have them, but not the larger ones. The bedframe is not the one pictured.

You will be a ten-minute walk from Ditmars Boulevard, which has a host of restaurants, and a five-minute walk from 30th Avenue in Astoria, one of the busiest avenues in the neighborhood with a plethora of grocery stores and restaurants.

The building and neighborhood are very family-friendly and ethnically and geographically diverse with many languages spoken.
