I’m renting my beautiful one bedroom apartment in Clinton Hill for a two-year lease, the rent is $3,600. There is no broker's fee.
It is an unfurnished sublet. The apartment is across from Pratt University, in the Willoughby Walk apartment buildings at Hall and Willoughby, which is a large coop building. The apartment is light-filled and large, with all new appliances, including a dishwasher. There is laundry in the building, three elevators, and a security guard out front. The people in the building take a lot of pride in keeping the building friendly and clean, I love my neighbors. There is a large maintenance staff on call.
Clinton Hill is a wonderful neighborhood with brownstones, trees, families, and dogs. There are tons of restaurants and cafes nearby, on Myrtle Avenue and in Fort Greene on De Kalb. There's a huge grocery store right around the corner.
I am an attorney and my husband is a writer. I have owned this apartment for about five years, and we're subletting but will be renting right in the neighborhood, around the block.
As I said, this is only a two year lease. Because this is a coop the person will have to provide financial information and have a coop board interview.
