I'm a artist who will be away for an artist residency and looking for a thoughtful, clean, and responsible subletter to live in my beautiful, sunny apartment while I'm out of town.

I'm flexible on dates within the 11/5 - 12/21 period so long as it's for at least a month. Happy to prorate rent for anything more than a month. Heat included; wifi and electric bill not included and will be billed to you after the month (approx. $100 - 130 depending on your electricity usage).

-3rd floor railroad-style apartment in a brownstone from 1899, great stoop for sitting and gossiping
-private entrance to apartment - not shared with downstairs tenants
-5 min walk from Sunset Park (Park) and 45th Street R train station. B63 bus stop 2 min away.
-surrounded by the best food in the neighborhood and a few blocks away from multiple grocery store options.
-my landlord is a woman (not a corporation) who has lived in the neighborhood for decades and takes great care of the whole building (and me).
-hardwood floors, original features, skylight in the entryway.
-Big windows on both sides of the apartment so you get both morning and afternoon light.
-No washer/dryer in unit but nearest laundromat is steps away.
