Light filled bedroom with separate entrance, AC and recently tuned upright piano available in 3 bedroom flat. (Piano can be played between 10am and 8pm)

Share with two others: one warm and considerate woman writer 32 from the U.K and one other (we are interviewing for the third bedroom now so can’t describe who that third person will be yet but we’re very careful in our choosing:)

Shared living room, eat-in kitchen and bathroom.

Fabulous residential neighborhood near numerous grocery stores, restaurants etc

Includes towels, bed linens etc etc

Queen size bed is firm and comfortable.

We each also pay $10 week towards all household supplies such as detergent, T.P, olive oil, tea and coffee etc. etc
