Hi there!

My name is Rosie and I'm looking for someone to sublet my room for 13 days in August. The room is located in Greenpoint/ Williamsburg area - between the Graham Ave and Grand Ave stop and only two blocks away from the L train, super convenient for commuting in and out of Manhattan.
It is 10 minutes to McCarren Park and less than 16 minutes to Union Square on the subway. I am looking for female and/or LGBTQI+ individual.

The room has it's own entrance. The apartment comes with a kitchen, hallway and restroom with a bath and at the other end of the apartment is my flatmate Sarah's room (she also has her own entrance). The apartment has fast WiFi, a very comfortable queen size bed, a fire escape, lots of direct sunlight and space for yoga and working out. Fresh bedlinen and towels will be provided on arrival.

You will be sharing the space with my wonderful flatmate and friend Sarah. Sarah is super clean, kind, thoughtful and she will be working from home 3 days per week.

The kitchen has cooking emnities which you can use (nutrabullet/air fryer/oven/coffee machine/ect). I regularly work from home and this is a perfect space to do so - quiet, peaceful vibe with a desk setup and trees out the window. There are also a bunch of cute work cafes nearby, 'Here' and 'Three Legged Cat' to name a few favourites. For a great breakfast I would recommend checking out 'Claudia's' around the corner! There are many grocery shopping options within walking distance as well as laundromats.

No pets, no parties, and no smoking.

Ideally looking for someone to rent the space for the entire period (Tuesday August 5th until Sunday August 17th 2025).
