My furnished 1-bedroom apartment in Los Feliz is available for a 3-month stay while I travel, and I’d love to find someone kind, clean, respectful, and responsible to enjoy the space. Perfect for creatives, wellness practitioners & anyone seeking a peaceful environment.
Why it’s rare & special:
Second floor of the building and no one lives above or below as my apartment is above the parking area. (As a dancer and yoga instructor, I love this freedom to move, dance, sing!)
Bedroom window view of flowers. Living room view of palm trees. No close contact with any buildings.
Walking distance to Los Feliz Film Theatre, Skylight Bookstore, Maru Coffee, Albertsons & amazing restaurants.

I am a 32-year old filmmaker & energy healer (she/they), interweaving visual arts and mystic arts for the last decade of my life. I am the current tenant of this space and subletting because I'll be out of town traveling. My lovely older cousin lives in the building and is available to give the keys or show the space in-person to anyone who is interested. I adore my neighbors, we routinely check-in with each other, our building is sweet and friendly.
To secure the sublet, here's what's needed (per my landlord & standard short-term sublet policy)
- Fill out an application (required by my landlord and $35 non-refundable fee to do a background check)
- Signing a sublet agreement so we're both covered
- A refundable $1000 security deposit
- Full rent + security deposit due before move-in -- you'll get the keys right after.
