Must have good credit and fill out an application. Application fee is $35

- Parking: Street parking — easy, never had issues.

- AC: Yes!

- Laundry: Washer/dryer in building

- Air Purifier: Yes, Brand new

- Pets: 1 cat is ok, no dogs preferred but open to a small dog on a case-by-case basis

- Smoking: No

- Cleaning: No shoes in the house. My cleaning person is available to come biweekly if it suits your schedule. She's usually avail to wash sheets etc as well.

- Accessibility: No elevator (1 flight of stairs)

I am a 30 year old filmmaker & energy healer (she/they), interweaving visual arts and mystic arts for the last decade of my life. I am the current tenant of this space and subletting because I'll be out of town traveling. My lovely cousin lives in the building and is available to show the space to anyone who is interested. I adore all of my neighbors, we routinely check-in with each other, our building is very sweet and friendly.
