My three-bedroom home on 7 acres is available for four weeks, through the month of February. One week minimum and I'm happy to discuss a reduced rate for 2+ plus weeks.

It's a renovated lodge with a beautiful view in the foothills of the Western Catskills, Delaware County. The main floor is a large, open plan area, wrapped with windows all around. There are two queen bedrooms upstairs and a third queen downstairs, with newly remodeled bathrooms on both floors (including a soaking tub and heated floors). Pellet stove in the living room which throws out serious heat.

The hilltop location is very peaceful with the view changing in lovely ways as the light and weather shifts throughout the day - you will get morning fogs, insane golden hours and sunsets, and spy a lot of roaming deer and wild turkey. t's a great spot for creative work - I have had people stay to work on books, finish albums, and paint.

Good walks in the area, with a super quiet wooded road by the house and various hikes on state land within 10 mins drive. The nearby town of Walton (10 mins) has a coffee shop, cider brewery, and an old school diner with good lunches. Hamden village and Delhi towns nearby have excellent food options (check out Hamden Inn, Tiny's Sandwich at Hamden General Store, Hollow, and 80 Main on instagram).

All pets allowed - I have a dog myself. The house is not at all childproof (steep steps, some breakables) so might not be as well suited for very small kids but happy to chat.
