Close to both Echo Park and Silverlake Reservoirs.

Depending on length of stay, I require a rental reference as well as a 500 deposit which is returned after checkout. An emergency contact is required as well as copy of driver license.

Pets Policy

This is a well upholstered home and we have allergies. Dogs will only be considered if you describe how you care for them and if they're hypoallergenic. No cats.
