The space: Our apartment is a single-floor 1-bed stretching along the length of the building, with windows on every side. It gets all day sun (bedroom faces east, lounge facing west). Bedroom has a queen size bed, blackout shades, and a balcony off it. The rest of the apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining, living room, plus bathroom w bath. On 13th floor with elevator access. You will have access to the entire apartment but please respect our neighbours during your stay & personal belongings. We live here full-time, and are only subletting while we are out of the city. We are just looking to cover our costs, not make money from the sublet.

About This Lister

We’re two kiwis living in New York, working in creative & sales. We’ll be traveling during the listed time and looking to find a considerate tenant to sublet our place while we’re out. The neighbours in our building are greats, and friends of ours - this is our primary home, and not a place for parties.
