About This Lister

We’re the owners—a husband and wife who fell hard for this apartment and happily called it home for five years. It was the perfect backdrop for our pre-kid era… until three small, energetic sons entered the chat and politely suggested we needed more space.

So yes—our loss is genuinely your gain.

We still love the neighbourhood and find ourselves coming back to visit old favourites like Cafe Mogador, Bakeri, Butler, Lilia, Misi, Maison Premier, and of course long hangs in McCarren Park. Williamsburg is hard to quit.

When we bought the apartment, it already had great bones—but we gave it a light refresh. We’ve updated the kitchen, bathroom, lighting etc.

We’re looking for tenants who will enjoy the space as much as we did—people who are easy to communicate with, take pride in where they live, and will treat it like a home, not just a stopover.

If you end up loving it half as much as we did, you’ll be doing very well.
