Dates slightly flexible, but ideally looking for someone to stay during the whole duration. We'll be travelling during this time.

Located in a super fun neighbourhood, close to local Williamsburg hot spots like Sauced, Sunday in Brooklyn etc. Lovely neighbours, and a quiet apartment.

Easy access to the L train (Bedford), J/M/Z (Marcy Ave) and South Williamsburg Ferry stop to get around.

The space: Our apartment is a single-floor 1-bed stretching long the length of the building, with windows on every side. It gets all day sun (bedroom faces east, lounge facing west). Bedroom has a queen size bed, blackout shades, and a balcony off it. The rest of the apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining, living room, plus bathroom w bath. On 13th floor with elevator access. You will have access to the entire apartment but please respect our neighbours during your stay & personal belongings. We live here full-time, and are only subletting while we are out of the city. We are just looking to cover our rent & utilities in this cost, not make money from the sublet.

About This Lister

We’re two kiwis living in New York, working in creative & sales. We’ll be traveling during the listed time and looking to find a considerate tenant to sublet our place while we’re out. The neighbours in our building are greats, and friends of ours - this is our primary home, and not a place for parties.
