The two bedroom apartment is located on historic Mulberry st. with Canal as the cross street, next to the 6, J, Z, N, Q, R, W as well as the A, C, E trains a bit further down Canal street. Tons of Italian and Asian restaurants as well as souvenir shops directly out front. The entire apartment is furnished with all necessities and kitchen utilities. The larger room has a queen size bed, large rack and shelves for clothes, bedside table, two bedside lamps, 2 windows, rocking chair and a small work desk as well as heat and A/C. The smaller bedroom has a full sized bed, dresser, window, mounted TV and wall shelves. You'll receive a key to the front door of the building on the ground level as well as one for the actual apartment door after 5 flights of stairs (it is a walk-up/no elevator). Wi-fi, PG&E included.

Standard kitchen and living room, gas stove, kitchen table with stools, L couch etc.

Standard full bathroom with tub, and bidet.

All areas will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. Fresh linens on the beds and pillows and clean towels are also provided.

I am doing some traveling in South America for a few months so I'm offering up my apartment to those looking for a great place to stay for a decent chunk of time. I've been in this apartment for 8 years and have grown attached to the space. I'm hoping to find someone who takes care of my home and is respectful to the neighbors. Tons of action and things to do right at the doorstep. Access to many trains that can take you to any part of the city. Not so noisy up on the 6th floor so it's a great escape from the hustle bustle of NYC directly outside.
