This cozy apartment belonged to my grandmother and is located on Via Corpino 133, right next to the beautiful pine forest of Viareggio. The area is known for its world-famous yacht shipyards, giving it a unique charm and character.
In just a few minutes, you can walk to the lively, pedestrian-only promenade along the seafront — perfect for evening strolls or enjoying a gelato by the beach.
You’ll find plenty of local seafood restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious fresh fish meal for around €20.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, one living room, and a large bedroom. It also includes two balconies and a spacious backyard.
It’s an ideal base for exploring Tuscany, from the artistic town of Pietrasanta to the historic beauty of Lucca.
I’m Italian and work as an architect in New York. I’m passionate about design and travel, and I love sharing my family’s beautiful apartment in Viareggio as a relaxing getaway spot. I’m here to help make your stay comfortable and memorable
