Live on the beach. I will be renting my studio apartment starting now
It is a really cute, comfortable and clean spot with a balcony that overlooks the beach. The bed is an organic natural very comfortable small queen/large full mattress.

The apartment is in the heart of Santa Monica. One block from Main Street and next to the beach on Ocean Avenue. It is a quiet and relaxing building, ideal to escape. The neighborhood is lively with a lot to do - you are next to tons of cafes, restaurants and fun bars. There is a water store, exercise studios, grocery stores all in walking distance. It is a 20-minute walk (5-minute drive) to Venice / Abbot Kinney and same amount of time the other direction to Santa Monica promenade.

You can get a parking pass for street parking on the same block in front of the building, but it is really easy to get around with the bus and walking in this area if you don't have a car.

It is pet friendly and a great building for dogs!
