I'm traveling in May /June and looking for a one to two month sub-letter. Longer term I'm interested in someone to share the studio.

Fully functional recording and production setup can be included in the sublet. Use of the studio requires signing a liability waiver prior to the start of the sublet. The space includes a mixing console, piano, drum kit and synths.

Walkable to the Silver Lake Reservoir, Echo Park, and many local shops and restaurants on Sunset. Well-connected neighborhood with easy access to the rest of the city. There is a front garden with a bench. Basement bedroom with projector.

GOOD TO KNOW:
Basement bedroom — ceilings at 6'3", stays naturally cool.
Rear wall is party wall with adjoining house
Upstairs neighbors are respectful of sleeping hours; occasional footsteps and dog barks may be audible in the bedroom — light sleepers may want a white noise app
Please treat the studio gear with care — it's a working setup.
