We're subletting our thoughtfully furnished industrial loft in the heart of the Arts District from August 5 - August 31st.
The space is filled with natural light and offers beautiful daily sunrises and sunsets (see photos).
Looking for someone clean, responsible, and respectful of our home.
Walkable to some of our favorite spots — Maru (10 min), Hank's Organic Grocery Store (5 min), The ROW (5 min), Dover Street Market (5 min), and Signal Shops (10 min) — with plenty of cafes, restaurants, galleries, and shops nearby.
Rent: $2,500 (utilities included)

My name is Mango. I'm a floral designer and my partner, Lauren, is a wood worker and software engineer. We both love design and architecture. We have a shiba inu named Sesame, but she will be staying with our close friend during the time we're away!

The sublet process will begin with a video call for us to chat and show the apartment and ask/answer any questions.
Once both sides have decided to move forward, a contract will be sent and signed by both the subletter and host.
We ask for 1/2 of the sublet amount to secure your spot and the latter 1/2 to be paid the first day of your sublet before giving you the keys.
